Referral questions
Who can refer someone?
Anyone. You do not have to be a client. Most of the referrals we pay out come from contractors who met us once, or from people in an adjacent trade who kept our number.
When do I get paid?
Once the business you referred has been with us for 45 days. We pay $300 per referral, with no cap on how many you can send and no tier system to climb.
What if they only stay a month?
Then the referral does not qualify. The 45 days window exists because a referral is only worth paying for if the fit was real, and we would rather set that bar honestly than claw money back later.
Do they get anything?
They get the same published pricing as everyone else. We do not run a discount that only referred businesses see, because a price that moves depending on who introduced you is not a published price.
What counts as a referral?
Tell us who they are before they contact us, or introduce us directly. If somebody signs up on their own and mentions your name afterwards we will usually still honour it, but telling us first removes the argument.
Is there a limit?
No cap. If you send us five businesses and all five stay past 45 days, that is five payments. The only limit is that the businesses have to be a genuine fit, and we will tell you on the call when one is not.
