Yelp Diamond Partner

Yelp Diamond Partner Yelp-only management is $450 a month. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Yelp.

Prices are the monthly management fee. Ad spend is separate, paid by you, directly to the platforms.

The only thing that moves the price

What counts as one campaign

A campaign is a group of services that share a buyer, a pitch and a landing page. Five roofing services sold to the same homeowner are one campaign. Roofing and solar are two, because the person buying solar does not have a roof problem.

That is the whole pricing model. Not seats, not hours, not a percentage of your revenue. Count the distinct things you want the phone to ring for, count your cities, and you have your plan.

  • Roof repair
  • Roof replacement
  • Leak repair
  • New installation
Campaign 1 Residential roofing
  • Solar installation
Campaign 2 Solar

Four roofing services, one campaign. Add solar and it is two. That is a different buyer, a different page, a different ad. Two campaigns in one city is a Troop account.

  • Daily search term review on every weekday

  • Month to month, thirty days notice
Per-channel math

About $497 a platform

$1,490 divided across Google, Meta and Yelp is roughly $497 each. Most agencies quote more than that to run one channel, and then send a report about the other two.

The reason we can is that the three accounts are managed by the same person on the same morning. Nothing is handed between teams, and nothing is billed twice.

Yelp-only management is $450 a month. Our Yelp Diamond Partner status gives our team direct partner access and support. Ad spend remains separate.

How the Yelp arrangement works
When the fee changes

The 8% rule, stated plainly

Your fee is the greater of your plan price or 8% of your monthly ad spend. Below the crossover you pay the plan price. Above it, the work genuinely scales with the budget and so does the fee.

We flag it whenever the fee would exceed 25% of your ad spend, because at that point you are paying more for management than the budget can carry, and the honest advice is to raise the budget or narrow the scope.

Where each plan starts, and where budget alone moves you up.
Monthly ad spend Minimum plan Why
Under $20,000 Scout or higher Scope decides. Campaign and location count set the plan.
$20,000 and above Troop or higher A budget this size cannot be watched properly on the smallest plan.
$35,000 and above Silverback Daily work on a budget this size is a full account manager’s week.

Terms, in full

There is no version of this list that only appears in the contract.

What a $400/month provider does instead
  • Month to month. No annual contract, 30 days’ notice.
  • You own the accounts. Opened in your name, on your billing. They leave with you, along with every landing page and every conversion history.
  • Ad spend is separate. Paid by you, directly to Google, Meta and Yelp. We never take a cut of it.
  • Setup fee. None.
  • Minimum ad budget. $5,000 a month per campaign. Below that there is not enough data to optimize against.
  • Time to launch. 14 days from signature to live ads.

Pricing questions

The ones that come up on nearly every call.

What does $1,490 a month actually buy?

Management of Google, Meta and Yelp advertising for one campaign in one city: account build, landing pages, daily search term review, negative keyword work, call tracking, monthly landing page testing, and the client portal. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. You pay Google, Meta and Yelp directly, from your own accounts, and we never take a cut of it. The plan price is the management fee only. Keeping the two separate is what lets you verify every number we report.

Why is the fee sometimes higher than the plan price?

Above a certain budget the work scales with the spend rather than the campaign count. The fee is the greater of the plan price or 8% of monthly ad spend, so a small budget pays the plan price and a large one pays a share. There is no third pricing model hiding behind that.

What decides which plan I need?

Campaign count and location count, then budget. A campaign is a group of services that share a buyer, a pitch and a landing page, so five roofing services are usually one campaign and roofing plus solar is two. Count the clusters you sell, count your cities, and the plan follows.

Is there a contract?

No annual contract. Month to month, with 30 days notice. We would rather keep clients because leaving is easy and staying is obviously worth it.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. They are opened in your name and use your billing. If you leave, the accounts and their platform history remain yours. We have inherited enough agency-owned accounts to know how much this matters.

What does Yelp management cost?

Yelp-only management is $450 a month. It includes a 24/7 dashboard, ResponseGuard, profile upgrades, call tracking, keyword optimization, and automated follow-up. If Yelp is part of a multi-platform plan, the plan price applies. Ad spend is always separate and paid directly to Yelp.

Do you work with businesses outside Los Angeles?

Yes. We run campaigns for clients in almost every state. The office is in Los Angeles, but the plans and the work are the same wherever you are. Location affects the market, not the price.
