Nobody bookmarks a plumber. When water is arriving somewhere it should not be, the homeowner opens a phone, taps the first thing that looks credible, and calls. If nobody answers, they call the next one before the page has finished loading. That makes plumbing the trade where ad position, call tracking and answer rate matter more than clever copy, and where a landing page that takes four seconds to load has already lost.
Underneath the emergencies sits a completely different business. Repipes, sewer line replacements, tankless conversions and remodel work are large planned decisions with a quote, a permit and a schedule. That buyer reads. Putting both in one campaign means the emergency budget, which converts in minutes, subsidises research traffic that converts in weeks, and the account looks worse than it is because the two are averaged together.
