Unlike every trade above, nothing here is urgent and nothing is broken. The buyer is choosing to spend discretionary money on themselves, usually before a specific event or season, and they are comparing your practice against three others on the basis of photographs, reviews, and whether the person holding the needle looks like they know what they are doing. That makes imagery, real practitioner faces and review volume the three highest-leverage assets in the account.
It is also the most heavily restricted category on this list. Platform policy limits what can be shown and claimed about body, skin and weight, and the rules differ between Google and Meta and change without notice. An account run by somebody who is not watching gets disapprovals, then restrictions, then a suspended asset, and the recovery costs more than the campaign. The practical answer is conservative creative, clean claim language, and a human checking policy status rather than discovering it in a monthly report.
