Everything a sales rep would tell you on a call, written down so you do not have to take a call to find out.

Pricing and terms

How much does Mighty Apes cost?

Plans start at $1,490 a month for one campaign in one city, $2,290 for several services across several cities, and $4,390 for full market coverage. Google, Meta and Yelp are included in all three. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms.

What decides which plan I need?

How many campaigns you need and how many cities. A campaign is a group of services that share a buyer, a pitch and a landing page, so five roofing services are usually one campaign and roofing plus solar is two. Above $20,000 a month in ad spend, budget also raises the plan.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. You pay Google, Meta and Yelp directly from your own accounts, and we never take a cut of it. The plan price is the management fee only. Above the crossover the fee becomes 8% of ad spend, whichever is greater.

Is there a contract?

No annual contract. Month to month, with 30 days notice. The ad accounts are opened in your name, so the accounts and their platform history remain yours if the engagement ends.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee on any plan. The first month is the plan price, the same as every month after it.

What you get

Which platforms do you run?

Google, Meta and Yelp, all three, on every plan including the smallest. Landing pages and call tracking are included rather than billed as projects. About $497 a platform, which is less than most agencies charge to run one.

What does Yelp management cost?

Yelp-only management is $450 a month. It includes a 24/7 dashboard, ResponseGuard, profile upgrades, call tracking, keyword optimization, and automated follow-up. You pay Yelp directly for the ad spend.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. They are opened in your name and use your billing, so the accounts and their platform history remain yours if you leave. Some agencies open accounts inside their own manager account so the history stays with them. We do not.

Do I get a report?

You get a dashboard that updates daily, which is better. Spend, leads, cost per lead by channel, and every tracked call recorded so you can listen to them yourself. There is also a monthly walkthrough, but by then you have already seen the numbers.

How the work happens

What actually happens to my account each week?

Search terms are read every weekday and the waste is cut. Negative keyword lists and ad copy are updated weekly. One landing page variant is tested each month. Strategy is reset quarterly against what actually closed rather than what generated a click.

How long until I see results?

Clicks arrive on day one. A stable, honest cost per lead takes longer, because the first weeks are spent finding out which searches convert for your business specifically. Anyone quoting you a cost per lead before running your account is quoting somebody else's.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We control the structure, the copy, the pages, the negatives and the pace of the work. We do not control your market, your reviews, your pricing, or whether the phone gets answered. What we guarantee is the work and numbers you can verify.

Who works on my account?

A named person who knows your trade, not a rotating pool and not a rules engine. You will know who they are and you can reach them directly. That is most of what the fee pays for.

Referrals and extras

Do you pay for referrals?

Yes. $300 for anyone you send us who signs and is still with us after 45 days. No cap on how many, no tiers to climb, and you do not have to be a client yourself.

Does the business I refer get a discount?

No, and that is deliberate. They get the same published pricing as everyone else. A price that moves depending on who introduced you is not a published price, and published pricing is most of what makes this site worth reading.

Fit

What industries do you work with?

We work with HVAC, Roofing, Plumbing, Garage doors, General contractors, Electricians, Solar, Med spas, Locksmiths, Attorneys, Flooring, Landscaping, Pool builders, Painting, Insulation, Pest control, Restoration, Tree services, Therapists, Cleaning companies, and Moving companies. The common thread is a local business where a call, consultation, or appointment is the sale. If your industry is not listed, the campaign structure may still travel.

Do you work outside Los Angeles?

Yes. We run campaigns for clients in almost every state. The office is in Los Angeles, which is where the desk is, not the edge of the map. Location changes the market and the competition, not the price or the method.

Who should not hire you?

Businesses that cannot answer the phone during the hours their ads run, anyone who needs a guaranteed cost per lead, and budgets too small to carry the scope. In each case advertising will make the underlying problem more expensive rather than solving it, and we will say so on the call.

Why not use a $400 a month agency?

At that price nobody can afford to look at your account daily, so what you get is a build and then a report. That is a reasonable product for a small, stable, single-service account in a quiet market, and the wrong one for almost everything else.

Fifteen minutes, and you will know whether this is worth doing.

Bring your numbers if you have them: what you spend, what a lead costs you, what a closed job is worth. We will tell you what we would change, whether or not you hire us.
