What was actually built

• Semantic HTML with real landmarks, one h1 per page, and headings in order.
• A visible focus outline on every interactive element, on both the light and the dark grounds.
• A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element on every page.
• Body text at 4.5:1 contrast or better, and interface text at 3:1 or better.
• Every form field has a real, associated label. A placeholder is never used in place of one.
• All motion sits inside a prefers-reduced-motion query, so a system-level preference removes it entirely rather than reducing it.
• The layout works at 320px wide and at 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
• The site works with JavaScript disabled, in full. Nothing on it requires a script to read, navigate or submit.
• The mobile menu is a native disclosure element, so it is keyboard operable without any script.

Known limitations

Screenshots of the client portal are images of a software interface. Each carries a description of what it shows, but the data inside a screenshot is not machine-readable. If you need one described in more detail, ask and we will describe it.
